Lovely Woman,

Can you see you have it all, but still feel a vacuum in your heart? As if what there is, was never enough. As if no matter how hard you try, you keep feeling you are incomplete, unfulfilled.

You cannot understand how can this happen. You’ve done everything they’d said would work. You are supposed to feel complete, whole. You are supposed to love yourself…

But where is this love to be found? And where is this anxiety coming from? How can you not appreciate what there is, why do you have to feel this incessant urge to be somewhere else, anywhere but here and now, as if you were in a rush. Why is time pressing you so much always?

You ask yourself… but answers are nowhere to be found.

You know you are supposed to know and honor your truth… But there is so much noise inside, how are you supposed to know which of the voices inside is the right one?

Oh my dear, you are home now. You have the divine right to be free. Freedom lies within. Let’s dive deep into a journey that will allow you to  understand the whole of ‘YOU’ and discover within yourself your original and ever untouched completeness.

We very often do so much to fit in what other people expect form us, and in that intent, we lose ourselves.

The path of yoga gives us the tools to be able to trace the line back into our own truth… The only truth that will set us free.

This course is for you if...

You have asked yourself any of these questions lately:

• Why am I yearning for more if I have everything  I am supposed to have?

• Why can’t I find a way out, no matter how hard I try?

• How can I stop being a prisoner of my mind?

• Will this emotional overload ever end?

• How did I get here?

• When did I lose control?

• I used to be happy, when did it stop?

• Why do I get sick or feel weak often?

• Why do I feel lonely?

• What is it that I want?

• Why can’t I be myself with others?

• Who am I?

Why "Moona"?

English = Moon / Spanish = Luna

Combined = Moona

The moon represents the feminine energy.

:: DEAR WOMEN ::

We have the potential to heal ourselves, our community, and the entire world. If we only let go of what hurts and what limits our expansion, if we open our hearts, ground our awareness and expand our consciousness, if we just let BE and BE…

Then peace shall prevail.

Let’s go one by one.

Would you like to be a world changing woman?

“To change the world, you just need to change YOUR world”

– Byron Katie

This is an eight-week course, with two Live Zoom calls each week with Andrea.

Each call lasts between one hour and a half and two hours.

Their experience with Moona Yoga

Lillian Przedecki

“For me, Moona Yoga was the beginning of a change of perception about the power I have to change my life. I am more aware of the daily actions I can take to live from my truth. It is a space guided by Andrea with a lot of love, where I felt total freedom of expression to rediscover myself again through many tools. This space is a portal to self-knowledge and awareness to allow us to be who we are, to let ourselves feel and to connect with the body and the heart.This workshop expanded my consciousness, my heart, it helped me form new habits to start my days, I also gained and strengthened friendships because sharing this path with other women brought me closer to them in a very sincere and real way. Andrea is a magical fairy who is fully present with her heart to help other people bring out the best in them and see their light. I love you so much Andrea! Thank you!”

Alexandra González

“Moona Yoga helped me in a way I didn’t know it could. It taught me to know myself, to be good to my body and to control my thoughts. It taught me to meditate but above all, the importance of meditating. Moona Yoga reconciled me with myself and I think that was what changed my perception of life. Now I don’t want to stop growing and improving because I know how good it feels to be happy, to have a heart full of love and to listen, attend and enjoy my emotions. I would take the course again a thousand times.”

Melissa Kent

“People always say I have a personality that shares peace with others. Like if spending time with me brings them peace in some sort of way. What they don’t know is that most of the time there is an earthquake of feelings, thoughts and ideas going through my mind, soul and body. With this beautiful yoga course I managed to connect, understand and go deeper within myself. Having the time to connect with me was the most beautiful experience I’ve had. I would call it a home, a safe place where I could not only talk about my doubts, fears and experiences but also, be myself. I found direction, guidance and peace that allowed me to be faithful to what everyone else feels when they spend time with me. Life feels more accurate and healthy now. I loved every single minute I dedicated to myself through the whole course.”

Haydee Alvarado

“When I started Moona Yoga I was in a very complicated stage of my life, I felt lost, couldn’t find meaning or any purpose, I felt confused about who I was. I didn’t know how important it was to accept things as they are, just like that, they just are. When I took Moona Yoga I learned that I am part of the Universe and part of a whole, that I am here to love and to BE. Moona Yoga taught me to accept everything that happens in my life because it is part of what I come to experience, it gave me tools to let go and flow with the universe, it taught me that when what I think, feel and do is aligned, everything flows and that I am the most important person in my life. Moona Yoga changed my life, it gave me the opportunity to accept, live and be present in every moment for myself.”
